In order to verify your account, you are required to send us a clear photocopy or scan of the back and front of your government-issued photo ID.
This can be your: valid passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.
The ID must contain:
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Valid Expiry Date
- Stamp/Signature showing it's government-issued.
Please note that you must not cover any of the information above.
The compliance team will check all documents submitted for review and will approve your account or notify you if any document is missing, unreadable or unsuitable.
