If you cannot enter your trading account, please first check you have entered your username and password correctly. If you are not sure what your password is, you may reset your password.
If you remember your login details but still unable to enter your account or access the platform or encounter any technical problem (such as page won't load, blank page, the page keeps loading)
If you use the web browser, please follow the steps below:
- You have to use Google Chrome Browser.
- You may delete browsing history and delete cookies: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
- You may use "Incognito Mode": To open an incognito window, start Chrome and click the wrench icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click New Incognito Window and start browsing. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+ Shift + N to bring up a new incognito window without entering the Chrome settings menu.
If you use the app: You may delete and re-download it.
