Why I can't upload my documents?

A failed upload problem could be due to the size of the file or if it is blurry or the format is unacceptable.

If you are not sure what the issue is, you may upload your documents via these alternatives:

  • Opening a "Live Chat" with us by entering our platform and pressing on the blue "Help" button at bottom of the website.
  • Sending them via email at compliance@trade360.com OR support@trade360.com 
  • Leaving a message via our "Contact Us" form. Please note that you can only add up to 5 files with this method.

NOTE: The Compliance Team will check all documents submitted for review and will approve your account or notify you within 48 business hours if any document is missing, unreadable or unsuitable.
