I'm not receiving password reset email, what should I do?

First, please make sure the email address you have written is spelt correctly; the email address has to be the same as the one you registered with. 

Then, please check your Spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Try to reset your password again.

If you do not see the email in your inbox nor your spam label, you would need to contact us via Contact Us Form and we will promptly pass the information on to our relevant department and get back to you.
